Returns & Exchanges

At Penelope's, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
